About Me

Hello! My name is Luca Marin Todea (LMT), and I am the founder and owner of LMT Luxury Pens. I am currently 17 years old and finishing 12th grade. I started woodturning in grade 8 after our shop teacher, Mr. Harquail, introduced me to making pens on lathes. It was something that I felt interested in as I  could make a wonderfully handcrafted item with a very high practicality. Not long after I bought a lathe, with the help of my wonderful parents, and started selling pens at craft shows, gun shows, Christmas markets, and normal markets around town, and still do to this day!

I am also a musician! I have played piano since I was three and violin since I was five, and violin just stuck. My love for music has persisted, and I now study at the Mount Royal Conservatory Pre-college. I am applying to post-secondary music schools this fall as well. My business has been a platform of supporting parts of my music education, and all support from LMT Luxury Pens customers goes very far for me. Thank you very much!
